Abstract

The report reviews New Mexico’s economic performance in 1950, that turned out to be a banner business year for the United States and for New Mexico, with strong gains in retail sales, employment, mining, and construction despite early-year uncertainty. It also includes an analysis of the state’s Bulk Sales Law and its implications for creditors and business transactions.
