Abstract
This report summarizes the results of a 2000 survey of Albuquerque employers, examining employee benefits such as paid leave, health insurance, retirement plans, family benefits, education and training assistance, flexible work schedules, and compensation practices. The study provides detailed benchmarks on workplace benefits and benefit costs among private-sector employers in Albuquerque, offering insight into prevailing employment practices at the start of the twenty-first century.
