Abstract
The New Mexico Labor Market Review was prepared by the Research and Statistics section for the Employment Security Commission of New Mexico for December of 1976. It is a report on the state's employment and economic activity; from November to December, unemployment decreased from 6.7% to 6.3%. Retail trade increased from seasonal hiring and other non-agricultural salary and wage jobs followed normal trends. Total employment decreased, however, it was a smaller decrease than what is normally expected for December.
