Abstract
The general objective of this research was to make certain predictions concerning occupational values from the cultural values of the three major ethnic groups represented in northern New Mexico—Anglo, Spanish-American, and Indian. A corollary to this main purpose was an investigation of the effect of maturation and sex upon occupational values. The research problem, then, centered upon analyzing differences in patterns of occupational values among various categories of individuals.
