Abstract
It is the purpose of this study (1) to analyze requirements for Master's degrees in school administration of selected colleges and universities of the United States; (2) to compare these requirements; (3) to summarize views and recommendations of authorities in education on existing programs for the preparations of educational administrators; and (4) to present conclusions and suggestions of the writer gained as result of the study.
