Abstract
Many Scientists and Engineers who record experimental data often require that their data be analyzed via various digital techniques in the shortest possible time. The Signal Analysis Program (SIGANAL) described in this report is a modular program that:
1. Provides multiple function analysis in one computer run.
2. Provides a method of input that parallels the users analysis requirements.
3. Provides state-of-the-art digital techniques for Frequency domain analysis such as Power Spectral Densities, Cross Spectral Densities, Transfer Functions and Coherence estimates.
4. Requires less than 3000010 words of central memory.
