Design and Planning Assistance Center - Projects
Abstract
This publication reveals how community organizations can take control, shaping the built environment around them. It catalogs contemporary initiatives, from green jobs programs to housing cooperatives, to reveal how grassroots organizations can shape housing, new business development, public space, education, and transportation. This work complements DPAC’s community engagement work in Midtown, Santa Fe, in its efforts to spark change.
