As CLAHR begins its 1995 subscription year, we wish to express our appreciation to our subscribers for their gracious support, to the scholars who have placed their trust in CLAHR's editorial staff to present their works in the best professional light, and to CLAHR's editorial board for their dedication, often beyond the call of duty. We take this opportunity to remind individuals and institutions to send timely announcements pertaining to symposia, conferences, and lecture series to our University of New Mexico address. The service is offered at no charge. Please allow lead time for publication in our winter, spring, summer, and fall issues.
