88) The "muxarabí" was a wooden window built so that women could look out at the activities in the street without being seen. There are few examples left of this Moorish style in Brazil.88) O "muxarabi" era uma janela de madeira construída de tal maneira que as mulheres podiam olhar as atividades na rua sem serem vistas. Existem ainda alguns exemplos deste estilo mouro no Brasil.
