Description
A Iarge dirt street leading uphill through a favela near the fashionable Morumbi district. ln some favelas streets exist and a few eventually get paved. However, in most areas narrow paths wind through the aglomerations of shacks and houses. This makes it difficult for garbage pickup and public services to be implemented.
