A favela among upper/middle class apartments and houses in Rio de Janeiro. No one knows how many people live in such shanty towns, but their numbers increase dramatically as the nation becomes more urbanized, and large numbers of immigrants flood the major cities in search of employment.Favela entre apartamentos e casas da classe média alta do Rio de Janeiro. Não se sabe quantas pessoas vivem nessas cidades de barracos, mas o número delas cresce dramaticamente à medida em que a nação se toma mais urbanízada e um grande número de imigrantes invade as maiores cidades à procura de emprego.
