Located near the television tower, the huge convention center is a massive concrete and steel building, which like many of the other large constructions in the city, requires a large budget to maintain. Because of the recent economic crisis, many of these buildings and monuments have suffered from neglect or insufficient maintenance.Localizado próximo à torre da televisão, o imenso centro de convenções é um prédio maciço de concreto e aço, que, como muitas das outras grandes construções da cidade, requer uma grande quantidade de recursos de manutenção.
