Description

The Basilica of Nossa Senhora da Assungdo in the Praça da S6. In the early 1920s the Catholic diocese of the city tore down the old church and built this Gothic structure, whose 100 meter spires were completed in 1954.A Basílica de Nossa Senhora da Assunção, na Praça da Sé. No início dos anos 20 a diocese católica da cidade desmanchou a igreja antiga e construiu esta estrutura gótica cujas torres de 100 metros foram completadas em 1954.
