Working class neighborhood in the Liberdade district. As one drives toward Itapagipe peninsula one passes middle and working class districts such as Liberdade. From there the Suburbana Avenue leads to suburban districts such as Plataforma, Peri-Peri or Sao Joao and the social picture changes drastically.Região de classe trabalhadora no bairro da Liberdade. Quando se dirige em direção à península de Itapagipe, passa-se por bairros de classe média trabalhadora, tal como o da Liberdade. Daí a Avenida Suburbana dirige-se a bairros de subúrbio, tais como o de Plataforma, Peri-Peri ou São João, e o quadro social muda drasticamente.
