Abstract

This report develops population, household size, employment, and real per capita income projections through 2000 for selected Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) service areas, including Albuquerque, Belen, Gallup, Luna County, San Miguel County, and Santa Fe County. The projections are based on demographic and economic forecasting models incorporating assumptions about energy development, migration, industrial growth, tourism, inflation, and regional economic change.
