Abstract
This report evaluates the economic development potential of recycling industries in New Mexico, with particular emphasis on paper, plastics, and glass markets. The study identifies business opportunities, recycling technologies, barriers to market development, and policy recommendations aimed at promoting recycling-based manufacturing and job creation within the state.
