Abstract

This report analyzes the projected economic, demographic, and fiscal impacts of a proposed poultry processing facility, including employment growth, population increases, tax revenues, public service costs, and school enrollment effects. The study also reviews comparable experiences in other rural communities and evaluates prior impact estimates prepared for the project.
