Abstract
This report examines oil and natural gas production in New Mexico's San Juan Basin during the 1999 to 2003 time period. An overview of markets, an analysis of severance and gross receipts taxes and royalties, and a brief discussion of employment and wage trends in the oil and gas industry are included.
