Abstract

This slideshow was presented in 2015 following a review of the university's IT system by the Kurt Salmon Associates. KSA's review entailed a broad consideration of the nature and responsibility of information technology, providing what is ultimately an "information technology strategic plan" (p. 18) that takes into account the principles of such a department in general. The recommendations provided by the firm entailed a consideration of governance, and the business and fiscal "models" of information technology.
