Abstract
The original UNM Strategic Plan approved in December 2001. This strategic plan is composed of two parts: (1) the UNM Vision statement, Mission Statement, Values Statement, and Statement of Strategic Advantages; and (2) the collection of "Strategic Directions" and "Objectives" meant to give direction to the University's immanent and long term development. As noted in the document, the strategic plan was the result of extensive collaboration from the University community and other stakeholders, and unifies the capacities of administrative support with general academic endeavors under consolidated objectives.
