Abstract
Seeing that this same whole
is never again to take shape
in the world. Never again will
be heard exactly that note
of laughter, that intonation of voice, that quality of repartee.
Each individual is a miracle.
No wonder we go on speald.ng
of the dead for twenty years.
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
This paper is an effort to present my ideas and my reasons for being an artist. My primary concern is human existence; life and death. In trying to comprehend this existence and its meaning, I view not only human interaction, but also that of nature, its creatures and forces. Some of my questions and personal philosophy are revealed in connection with my recent prints and drawings.
