Abstract
To develop a building system concept for student housing in which the form of the building results from an analysis of the individual unit. The analysis will establish a lineal and volumetric module. This approach deviates from the normal pattern of building in that each segment of the dormitories requirements are broken down in a system of sub-systems. When the sub-systems are analysed they will comprise the total form of the building.
