Abstract

In looking for solutions to the urgent need for increased vocational training in the state of New Mexico, I propose for my bachelor's thesis to study a combined Technical-Vocational Secondary School.

This will not be an Area Vocational School as is the one at El Rito and the one in the planning stage for Espanola. This facility will be under the administration of Albuquerque Public Schools as is Albuquerque's Technical Vocational Institute, but unlike T-VI will incorporate both technical-vocational, and college preparatory curriculums.
