Abstract
Evaluation and treatment of the long head of the biceps tendon (LHBT) continues to be a source of debate. This review is aimed at discussing the anatomy, biomechanics, pathology, diagnosis and management of theLHBT. An extensive literature review was performed to help guide in management of disorders of the LHBT.
