Abstract

this law normalizes the activities of the Electrical Industry and establishes principals for pricing stability and electrical taxes throughout Bolivia. All individuals and collective entities within the Electrical Industry are subject to this law, with the exception of those pertaining to nuclear energy -- addressed in a special law.
