Abstract
The purpose of this study is to trace and record the history of education in what is now De Baca County, New Mexico. In so doing, the concern will be primarily with (1) finances, (2) physical plants, (3) census and enrollment figures, and (4) outstanding personalities who have left their stamp upon the education development of the area and the state.
