Abstract

It was the purpose of this study: (1) to evaluate new techniques that utilize an experimental laboratory approach in the teaching of botany, and (2) to develop a laboratory manual based on the results of the experimentation emphasizing basic plant physiological concepts that can be easily used by high school sophomores.
