Abstract
Traffic accidents (related to alcohol use) in Roswell had increased greatly relative to the population growth of the area, prompting a study on the effectiveness of increasing Roswell's traffic enforcement for certain periods. Other crimes were theorized to also decrease as a result of the increase.
