Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Abstract
Hamacher operators are extensively utilized in multicriteria attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems due to their remarkable adaptability provided by an adjustable parameter. Here, the Hamacher T-norm and T-conorm operations for two QSVNRNs are formulated.Using these Hamacher op erations, we present the quadripartitioned single-valued neutrosophic refined Hamacher weighted averaging (QSVNRHWA) operators within the QSVNR framework and analyze their properties.Finally, we explore a TOPSIS-based approach for multi-attribute decision-making problems that employs the QSVNRHWA opera tors, demonstrating its application in evaluating practical scenarios related to converting solid waste into energy.
