Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Abstract
The dizzying technological advance has permeated all areas, including gastronomy. In this context, the development and im-plementation of a multiplatform mobile application has generated a significant impact in this sector. This article explores how this technological innovation has transformed the operational and commercial dynamics of gastronomy, using the neutro-sophic PEST-SWOT approach. Through detailed analysis, political, economic, social and technological (PEST) factors are exam-ined and combined with an exhaustive study of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) from a neutro-sophic perspective, revealing the complexity and dynamism inherent in this interaction. Neutrosophic analysis allows for a deep understanding of the uncertainties and ambiguities surrounding the implementation of mobile applications in gastron-omy, offering a holistic and nuanced view. The findings show that while there are significant challenges, such as adapting to rapid technological changes and data management, there are also vast opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience. This study highlights the importance of an adaptive strategy that is aware of the multiple dimensions of the dining environment, suggesting that success lies in the ability to navigate and balance these complex forces.
