Abstract

This paper focuses on introducing a new similarity measure for the neutrosophic binary set.Similarity measure are used in multi attribute desicion making problems to find the difference be tween the alternatives.In this paper a new measure based on Euclidean distance is introduced to find the measure between two binary single valued neutrosophic set.Further its is applied in a multi attribute desicion problem to see the attainability of the proposed measure
