Aside from scholarly articles, book reviews, and book notes, CLAHR also features news items appropriate to Latin American professional organizations in the News Notes section. As the calendar is filled with activities throughout the year pertaining to symposia, conferences, and lecture series, CLAHR invites Latin American centers and institutes as well as profes­sional organizations and museums to announce their activities in forthcoming issues at no charge.
