Abstract
An article from the UNM Newsroom publication reporting on the then recent certification of the CAPS program by the National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA). This certification credited the campus CAPS program as a Learning Center of Excellence (LCE), one of four centers at the time to receive this recognition.
