Abstract

The execution of the project will be in three stages. First, existing conditions in the area will be assembled and presented in a general manner. This brief ecological study will be graphically described whenever possible. Printed literature will be at a minimum because of time, expense and value. This assemblage of existing conditions will then be utilized to help resolve the second stage which will be programming of the project as described in the sections titled Guidelines and Criteria. After the establishment of the project concept, the third and final stage will be to plan, design and graphically present all accumulated information and design proposals in a clear, well defined manner.
