Abstract
This report applied the Strategic Planning and Management Model to the Urban Indian Health Program. Although it sets forth the entire steps of the strategic planning model, it is more accurately a progress report through the first eight steps of the strategic planning model. Subsequent analysis should then continue the process for steps 9 through 11.
