Abstract

Many plans have been proposed during the last quarter century for increasing the water supply available to the Laramie River Basin. It is the purpose of this thesis to consider physically possible plans for increasing the available water and to estimate the amount of this increase. The lining of canals on the Wheatland project is suggested and studied in detail.
