Abstract
This report evaluates the economic impacts of constructing and operating Units 1, 3, and 4 of the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) San Juan Power Complex in San Juan County, New Mexico. Using regional input-output models, the study estimates effects on employment, income, economic output, and tax revenues, concluding that the project would generate substantial long-term economic benefits for both San Juan County and the State of New Mexico through increased industrial activity, job creation, and public revenues.
