Abstract
This research report establishes a localized demographic data base for low- and fixed-income owner-occupied housing units across New Mexico counties to evaluate regional weatherization program funding. Utilizing structural design surveys and professional construction logs, the study projects a total statewide weatherization and insulation material cost of approximately $23.08 million to service more than 73,000 deficient family structures.
