Abstract

This report evaluates the FY 1978 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program operated by the Farmington Police Department. Statistical analyses of accident and citation data found that although traffic citations increased substantially, the program produced no measurable reduction in total, injury, or fatal traffic accidents during the project period.
