Abstract

The report examined the characteristics, travel behavior, spending patterns, and opinions of individuals who contacted the ACVB between July 1986 and January 1987. The study also evaluated the effectiveness of the ACVB's promotional efforts and measured how many inquiries converted into actual visits.
