Abstract

This report provides a historical economic and demographic profile of 14 Pueblo communities in the Rio Grande Basin, focusing on population, land ownership, irrigated acreage, agriculture, and economic development as background for evaluating alternative legal frameworks for quantifying Pueblo water rights.
