Abstract
The report evaluates the economic benefits generated by the New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) through its rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities. The study measures the impact of DVR activities on employment, personal income, tax revenues, public assistance expenditures, and the broader New Mexico economy resulting from both successful client rehabilitation and federal funding of DVR operations.
