Abstract
The report evaluates the economic impacts of proposed revisions to New Mexico's solid waste regulations. The report examines compliance costs for landfills, recycling and composting facilities, transformation facilities, and infectious waste generators, while also comparing preventive compliance costs with the potential costs of environmental remediation.
