Abstract
The report evaluates Albuquerque's attractiveness as a location for business and economic development by comparing it with nine peer metropolitan areas: Austin, Colorado Springs, El Paso, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Tucson, and Tulsa. The study examines measurable factors influencing business location decisions including population growth, employment, wages, labor unions, cost of living, taxes, education, infrastructure, and quality of life.
