Abstract

An analysis of Corrales, New Mexicos MainStreet business district and local market area. Demographic, housing, and economic characteristics of both areas are described. Pull factors and location quotients are used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the MainStreet district. Data for the MainStreet district and the village of Corrales are compared to Sandoval County and the state. Concludes with a discussion of local opportunities and challenges. Illustrated with charts, data tables, and maps.'
