Abstract

The Economic Impact of the Air Force Phillips Laboratory on the New Mexico Economy: FY1993 (April 1, 1994) evaluates the statewide economic importance of the Air Force Phillips Laboratory, headquartered at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque. Prepared by the University of New Mexico Bureau of Business and Economic Research (BBER), the study measures the direct, indirect, and induced effects of laboratory spending, employment, research contracts, procurement activities, and related expenditures within New Mexico during Fiscal Year 1993.
