Abstract

A Fiscal Impact Analysis of Alternative Development Scenarios for the Volcano Cliffs Subdivision (July 1987) is a policy and planning study prepared by David Boldt and Brian McDonald of the Bureau of Business and Economic Research (BBER), University of New Mexico, for the City of Albuquerque Planning Division. The report evaluates the fiscal consequences of extending municipal services and infrastructure to the Volcano Cliffs subdivision in Albuquerque's Northwest Mesa under several alternative development and open-space preservation scenarios.
