Abstract
The LOBOS Surgery Shadowing Program provided valuable exposure to surgical environments, positively influencing students' career aspirations and fostering personal growth. Key recommendations include enhancing communication about student roles, increasing interaction with attending surgeons, and addressing stressors to optimize the shadowing experience.
