Abstract
The PASE curriculum addresses the gap in ethics education for surgery residents by integrating formal instruction with practical application through diverse instructional methods. It ensures that residents are well-prepared for the ethical challenges in modern surgical practice. Future directions include expanding the curriculum to include advanced topics, interdisciplinary team simulations, and feedback from patient advocates to further enhance the ethical development of residents.
