Talking about the time, la gente no tiene tiempo para nada, the influence of modern ways of the white man on the Hispanic communities, alcoholism, drug addiction, lack of opportunities for the youth to learn skills and activities in the community, people need to realize that everything we need to live comes from the land, they need to respect the land and nature, people need to take care of the land, discussion on the Great Depression, politics and the federal paternalistic system that makes people lazy [Gente huevona], corrupted politics, and the brain drain from New Mexico due to low wages. Drinking coffee and reflecting on the ways modern society is destroying the world where we live, politics, the white man [los gringos], the coyotes, Indians their customs, and other cuentos de Indios.
